Neesha Pandya is the Head of Low Carbon Delivery at Lower Thames Crossing. As a pathfinder project for low carbon construction, Neesha leads the workstream to replace diesel on construction sites with Zero Emissions equipment, with Hydrogen a major part of the integrated solution.
