Joseph Bailey is a Project Manager at Progressive Energy – a low carbon project development organisation that originated the HyNet and Peak Cluster projects. Joseph’s role at Progressive Energy is as Head of Projects for their electrolytic hydrogen portfolio which is delivered through Grenian Hydrogen, a joint venture between Progressive Energy, Statkraft and Foresight. Joseph managed the development of Grenians’ projects through HAR1 and HAR2 including both the Cheshire Green and Grenian Hydrogen St Helen’s projects. Prior to joining Progressive Energy Joseph spent 8 years working in integrated gas, carbon capture and chemical feedstock recycling. Joseph is a chartered Chemical Engineer and currently sits on the Hydrogen Delivery Council Supply Chain and Skills working group as well as the HII Industrial Advisory Board.
