Chris Walters is the Chief Executive of Chesterfield Special Cylinders, the Sheffield-based designer and manufacturer of high-pressure gas storage and transportation systems, used principally in safety-critical defence and hydrogen energy applications.
Chris is a chartered engineer and naval architect with over 25 years’ experience in the maritime and energy sectors. He has held senior executive positions with P&O Group and Lloyd’s Register, where he was responsible for global and multi-divisional operations. Chris has an MBA from Imperial College, London, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and a Fellow of the Institution of Marine Engineers, Science & Technology.
